The transfer of funds from one class/program to another may not be allowed, nor can registrants arrange for another person to take their place in the class/program.
No refunds will be issued once the course begins.
Transfer from one course to another will not be permitted after the first session has begun except by special authorization of the course coordinator. Limitations, and transfer fees may apply.
Note:Charges for Online Registrations will appear under the name City of Modesto P and R Web on your bank or credit card statement.
Disclosure
The City implemented a 2.4% Service Fee for all credit card payments effective September 1, 2017. Individuals paying in person will be charged this fee, and we will be implementing this for online payments at a future date.
